Further exposing the ICC as a farce has value in and of itself.

It means Netanyahu will never be welcome in Colombia and that he would be subject to arrest if he ever sets foot there. It's a terrific thing, don't be a bummer.

By arresting him should he set foot in Colombia and probably not doing any trade with Israel or any government in which has power
