I'm pretty sure the censorship of skulls and skeletons is a cultural thing. Also, as far as I know, how long a kid can play games is only a recommendation for parents, there is no way of enforcing such a thing.

A cap on spending is good, fuck lootboxes and other predatory practices.

The censorship goes beyond just skulls and skeletons these days, and there absolutely are requirements for time limiters on games. I'd recommend going down the rabbit hole of China's attacks on videogames, it gets kinda insane.

Parental control is also a thing that exists in the rest of the world, and still it cannot be enforced, how would you enforce a country of more than a billion people to stop playing games after a couple of hours? I get that games need to implement these limiters, but these limits are only for children as far as I know, and like I said, parental control exists everywhere, it is the choice of the parent to use it or not.
