It's simple: you get to choose either 2 pills or just 1 pill. If you choose just 1 pill you also get the bonus effect.
creature pill me i wanna be like a anthro dog or cat person maybe a bear or hyena idk birds are cool too. i'll design something thats immune to aging, immune to disease, near 100% efficiency digestive systems, (i mean i want like a pulsating fleshy nuclear reactor instead of intestines in there so i only have to eat or shit like once every 1000000000000 years), ability to see more spectra of radiation than humans, better hearing and smell, maybe even just like a shapeshifter creature for maximum control of bodily aesthetics and abilities. plus whatever psi/magic/mental bs is physically possible to engineer into a creature in this scenario. brain like a mystical pentagon supercomputer combined with Thoth. fleshmaxxing.
