The headquarters of the New Orleans Police Department is in such a state of decay that rats are eating drugs in the evidence room, the department's chief said.

No, you see it's okay when cops do it. Speed, drive while looking at their ~~cellphones~~ laptops, park anywhere they want, possess cannabis, murder, it's all good bro, and why are you so upset? calm down the supreme court said "it's cool bro" so like chill.
