Isn't the President of China picked by the committee directly below his position in the government, which is made up of people picked by the committees beneath them, etc. down to the local deputies of the People's Congress? Who's this for?
He looks like he's just some guy who lives in the UK and wants social media fame. He's claiming to have a reputation as a pro-west activist within China, but I think he's just some guy.
I wouldn't be surprised if he was connected to Falun Gong
