I regularly see comments use "Unlimited" in this particular way. I thought it was meming something like "Unlimited repression on the kulaks" or something like that. Maybe I totally over extrapolated...?

derivative of maoist standard english 'unlimited genocide on the first world'. everyone's saying the former & it's derivatives because of FuknSlammer's bomb edits that usually sport a caption like that
