Before I read this, I had planned to vote for Biden. After reading this, I am still going to. But while I was reading this, I felt a brief but overpowering urge to stay at home on election day.
Last time I felt anything like this was November 8, 2016.
That the interview responds "I love that! Yeah, good!" and the crowd just cheers is so illustrative of the problem. You have a country where most people are disenfranchised and without political representation, and your message is just to insult them. Ok. Enjoy your loss in November.
Yo this is vile. Just horrid and vile. I hope more and more people understand anyone who says “get over yourself” doesn’t care about you at all. I have and will always hope the DNC. I hope “normie” people who would watch a late night show at least have a seed planted in their heart from viewing this. I hope this sort of comment from political elite is the seed and water for more radical thought to grow in the common populace. I hope regular katz get mad from this, mad enough to talk their neighbors.
