Have you tried audiobooks? If someone wrote it and others bought it, by now someone has recorded it so you can gain knowledge while driving.

I second the idea of looking at audiobooks, especially autobiographies of successful business people
If you’re in the U.S., try the Libby app! Connects you to your local library system so that you can borrow audiobooks.
If you can get rich and successful by listening to a podcast it wouldn’t be free.
This isn’t what you’re looking for but don’t dream of being a businessman. Dream of making something that solves a problem in people’s lives. Definitely learn about business. You need both. If you just want some money, go to an elite college and go into corporate law or finance. But you’re never going to become for real rich if you don’t solve a problem.
How I Built This is a good one. It's an NPR podcast where they interview successful entrepreneurs and inventors about how they started their companies, what they would have done differently, etc.
Yeah, I tried a few episodes. Couldn't really get into it for some reason. Maybe I'll try again.
Ah, I missed that in your original post. TBH it's not one I would put on myself, but my partner likes it and some of the episodes have actually been super interesting. Specifically I remember the James Dyson episode being good. But I agree about your post calling it a 50-minute promo. The ads get super annoying, but the stories are good.

There's a real estate bias, but I'm a fan of the Bigger Pockets family of podcasts.
My suggestion is the Ken Coleman show, or any one of his books as audiobooks.
He takes calls and gives advice to the callers. In between calls, he talks a lot about building up a network, finding a career where you can succeed, and doing something that motivates you.
Edit: he's associated with Dave Ramsey, so if you don't like one you probably won't like the other.

Although, yeah, Ramsey definitely has had his share of controversy, so I listen to the episodes with a grain of salt.
