Including amusingly Elon himself. Whose bond movie prop lotus was spotted in some footage.

Edward Snowden talked about how his coworkers (NSA contractors) at Booz Allen Hamilton would regularly trade nudes of women and teenagers from devices they’ve hacked

Suitably disgusting behaviour

“If you saw something cool that would get a reaction, you post it, right, and then later, on break, people would come up to you and say, ‘Oh, I saw what you posted. That was funny,’” said this former labeler. “People who got promoted to lead positions shared a lot of these funny items and gained notoriety for being funny.”

Lmao. You were promoted for spying on your customers and sharing pictures of them naked or making memes out of them hitting a child with their beepboop apartheid car.

Tesla should be atomised along with every car they've made.

To be fair, if I was hiring for this entirely bullshit job at this hellhole company I’d probably also just pick the person who’d make me laugh most in meetings too.

I’ve known this and it made me so uneasy when my neighbors moved in with their two Teslas. On one hand, theres the chance that their car lights itself on fire and burns down my house. On the other hand it’s going to be recording me in my living room while it burns.

If you live in a country under GDPR you can probably get an amazingly annoying gdpr data subject request to Tesla that they won’t be able to economically complete. If I knew a lawyer I think that would actually be a very interesting court case.

You might not even need a lawyer depending on how assertive your local GDPR regulators are.

GDPR is a very strongly worded law, with very weak enforcement. See every single company that operates with data in Europe. So I wouldn’t hold your breath.

duuuuuude - I went into that article expecting some juicy tidbits, not a whole ass investigation, jfc! That was quite a read.

Yeah, Reuters isn’t usually my favourite, but this article is pretty decent.

Hope they didn't get any videos of me driving around in my Tesla with my custom Elon sex doll in the passenger seat. At least it wasn't China I guess.

Trying to defraud the HOA lanes with the inventor of electric cars? Typical tech bro shit.

Literally all the shittiest features of both a smartphone and a car

[-] [email protected] 10 points 1 month ago

Haha great I'm constantly being filmed then because those fucking cars are all over. Was in a bit of traffic with someone the other day and we tried to find a direction we could look without a Tesla in view and we couldn't for quite a while
