No you can't block badposting, it's literally not possible because I will appear in your house with a crowbar if you do.
You can try 
In the sidebar of each comm, you can block that comm.

I would just use subscriptions. that way you can subscribe to stuff from other instances, which is really useful.
If you blocked badposting I'm gonna send the ghost of beanis past to your foyer to haunt you 
If you blocked fake news I'm gonna just do this
