Basic Income? I'll wait for Advanced Income

He creates surplus-value which, for the capitalist, has all the charms of something created out of nothing. Basic Income says "Let's make the taxpayer pay necessary wages, so the boss only has to pay surplus wages". It is a transfer of trillions from the bosses to the taxpayer.
