Didn't Khan actually win the election, but they threw out the ballots? We all knew the corruption and state secret charges were bullshit, and they are. So what, he has to stay in prison -- and, most importantly, out of office -- until he's almost 80 now, because his wife supposedly didn't wait long enough to remarry? This has to be one of the most obvious US-backed military coups in modern history.
