I really dont think it "failed". They were feeling the waters. And now they know everything they need to know. The USA told the government to be calm, no condemnation at all; this signals to other people that if they succeed, uncle Sam backs them. Equador is taken by the empire, Argentina too, and maybe very soon Bolívia will join the club. Comrades from América Latina, brace ourselves
