They will because the dem's job isn't to win elections.
Who else do they have? They have to commit. No one is voting for the Democrats anymore
Who's they? Isn't Biden the supreme leader of the Democratic party at this point? We've been hearing that the oligarchs have been urging him to reconsider but if he doesn't drop out he must be the candidate.
The DNC delegates could do something really funny in Chicago...

Joe Biden should drop out but I understand why they aren't replacing him. The Democrats are the most risk adverse political party possible. The question isn't should he drop out but who replaces him. Pick the wrong person and you risk alienating key parts of your base. Do they even beat Trump? I think there's a correct candidate who meets all the parameters to win this year but the democrats are cowards and aren't willing to take the risk.
plus they have the copium of "he won last time."
