That was interesting! It had never occurred to me to wonder why everything used to be beige, but I think those theories are pretty sound.

Man, it would be fun to fuck around with an Apple IIe again. We had one in my childhood home, and I loved putting in the games disk and typing "catalog" at the prompt to bring up the list of games.
