I believe whoever grabbed that quote misquoted it.
It should be 'Democratic' (big D, not little).
The process is objectively not democratic, meaning, you know, abiding by the popular will of the people, all of the people. It's just a Democratic Party process.
The journalist person probably knows this though and purposely used small d to do their own tiny, daily part in manufacturing the illusion of "democracy" in the US. And Biden is so deluded/dumb as fuck that he couldn't comprehend a difference even if explained to him.
Small quibble, but important (to me).
