Floppies, graphic novels, compilations, omnibusses (omnibusi?) are all fair game.
There is only one rule:*
Comic Books is a no judgement zone.
You can talk all you want about how Rob Liefeld is trash, Bob Kane is an asshole, or Frank Miller and Dave Sim’s politics have made them toxic, that’s all good.
If, however, another user is LEGITIMATELY a fan of something you don’t like, that does NOT make them a lesser person. Attack the art for being bad, not the person for being a fan of bad art.
* I lied. There are TWO rules... No piracy. Cover shots? That's good. Interior pages, in moderation? Sure. Full books? Links to pirate sites? That's how we get things shut down. :(
I'm not saying it's been a problem, because it hasn't been.

I've heard it said that Marvel was founded largely because DC's characters were too "godlike". Untouchable. Omnipotent. With fairly niche/trivial weaknesses. And Stan Lee thought what comics needed was "human" characters with modest superpowers.
But, you know how sometimes on Amazon when you look at only the one-star reviews and think "that one-star review actually makes this seem like exactly what I want."
That's how I feel about DC. The folks who prefer Marvel are wonderful, beautiful human beings who should never change execept in the ways they want to. (And I'm not saying that just because of the rule in the sidebar about not attacking folks with different tastes than you.) But you can give me the stories about veritable gods duking it out over the fate of the whole ~~uni~~multiverse any day.
(And, yes, there are major exceptions and arguments to be had about whether The Hulk's superpowers are "modest" or whether Dr. Strange deals with the fate of a/the multiverse 100 times before breakfast. Or whether various DC characters are in fact very human with modest powers. But, I think what I've said above is still "largely true" at least in a broad strokes kind of way.)
The Green Lantern franchise is my favorite comic book franchise.
Agreed...they pioneered superhero comics in the first place besides Timely.
I read and love them all, but if I have to choose, in my heart of hearts... Make mine Marvel.
Image and Dark Horse, but Boom! And IDW close seconds (assuming IDW gives me more Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees, if not they're off the list!)
Dark Horse when I was younger, mostly because of all the tie-in titles. Now days, definitely DC. Image does put out some really good stuff though - basically anything by Robert Kirkman
