This gooses are American kestrels. Kestrels are best known for abusing a physics exploit to hover in place while hunting. They'd probably be into speedrunning if they knew how to play video games.

Pair-bonded birds are adorable.

There's a pair of doves have a nest where a vent exits the side of my house. Sometimes they perch all snuggled up on my railing at dusk. It looks like they're watching the sunset together.
