Rules: (Click to expand)
1. Be Civil.
Users are expected to be civil and inclusive towards one another at all times. Remember the person on the other side of the screen. Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and other inflammatory language is prohibited.
2. Keep content related to wrestling.
Any content posted should at least be related to pro wrestling somehow.
3. Spoilers.
Do not spoil events for people. If an event is going on, please keep discussion contained to the/a discussion thread for 24h after the event. Do not post spoilers in titles during this period. Use the spoiler function when you need to, it's there for a reason. Should your post involve a url to a spoiler (Twitter, YouTube video, etc) please mark the thread as NSFW as well so thumbnails are blurred.
4. Vague/Editorialized Title.
Please keep the titles of any articles you post clear, understandable, and indicative of what the article states within. It's ok to alter the title if the original is clickbait and confusing, or contains a spoiler like a debut that just occurred that day, but do not add your own thoughts to it.
5. Sexualized Content/'Plot'.
Please do not post any pornographic, 'creep shot', or similar adult-related material to the community (regardless of connection to wrestling). Wrestling content that involves sexualized content (in storylines/matches/promos) is fine, as well as photo's wrestlers post to their own social medias. Butt-shots you take with your cell phone at a house show aren't.
6. Banned Source(s).
Due not necessarily to the content of their reporting, but to their harassing and doxxing of users, the following news sources, journalists, and content creators are not permitted to be posted on SquaredCircle in any context - including direct links, articles, social media, and reports that cite only those sources:

Holy fuck, I didn't pay enough attention before I commented. This is so amazing and I am so happy for him. He is such a nice and positive guy, and puts his all in wrestling.

Post-ROH tapings:
Cassie Lee (via IG Stories) on her in-ring days being over:
Not sure if it'd be inspirational or iconic but it'd be nice to see them both back in the ring.
Mika Iwata faced Mina Shirakawa in Sendai Girls yesterday. She expected tiddy. She did not expect Murder Mina™
Before - After
Per PWInsider:
Numerous outlets are reporting that Warner Brothers Discovery has notified the NBA that they will be exercising their rights within their current NBA deal and have matched the Amazon Prime Video deal.
The reported price of that deal is in the $1.8B range, which is significantly more than WBD is paying now for the NBA. And for that extra expense, they will get less programming than they get under their current deal as NBC Universal is now also getting a slate of games as a new third partner in the NBA package.
What that means to AEW is to be determined.
Variety has a response from the NBA.
“We’ve received WBD’s proposal and are in the process of reviewing it,” the NBA said in a statement. Amazon declined to comment.
Rumor mill for AEW is their exclusive WBD negotiation window is over, they have an alleged deal, but the current one runs out in January... again, I just want them on TV and don't like this long drawn out process for what should have been a quick, we're here for x number of more years.
don’t like this long drawn out process for what should have been a quick, we’re here for x number of more years.
Same. I still have mild PTSD from growing up and watching the fucking network logo WWF/E would throw up seemed to change every 11 days (which as a Canadian thankfully didn't mean much lol).
NBA went 'LOLNAW' so now it's time to go to the courts!
...and by that I mean courtrooms lol
I hope the NBA realizes just how dumb with money Warner is and how much money they will lose on crazy ventures. They better have crossed all their t's and dotted the i's perfectly, because Zaslav's lawyers will be looking for the tiniest fuck up or email that says they didn't look at TNT's offer in good faith. I read that part of their reasoning for declining is Amazon has more availability than MAX, I don't think that's enough if the clause was about matching money offers. I look forward to the legal battle.
Sidenote: If I'm TNT/TBS I make a play for Baseball, Bally Sports plans to no longer broadcast baseball following this year, The Atlanta Braves were called America's Team because Turner had them on a TBS for years, their contract is now available to do it again, what's more Turner than Baseball and Wrestling? Without the NBA I just don't see them letting AEW go, unless they are selling off the networks.
Rumours swirling that Bobby Lashley, Tamina and MVP have been removed from WWE's internal roster. No confirmation or announcement yet, MVP did tweet a “🫡” and there's supposedly talk of them bringing a Hurt Business-esque group to AEW possibly.
Edit - PWI:
Over the weekend, there began online stories circulating that Bobby Lashley and MVP had been cut by WWE. Here is what we can confirm:
*According to multiple WWE sources, neither Lashley nor MVP have been released by the company.
*Internally, they are expected to depart when their contracts expire but as one source who pointed out that until those contracts expire, nothing is official, and cautioning, "This is WWE. There's always a chance something could change."
*MVP had been publicly clear on social media posts last month that Paul Levesque turned down the idea of reforming The Hurt Business.
*If and when their deals expire, they would be free to perform or sign anywhere they want.

I just want to give a head's up that I'm going to be less active here (and on social media in general) due to my grandfather being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I won't be completely gone, though.
I'm 44 years old and extremely lucky to still have my grandparents in my life, and I want to use the time my Papaw has left to the fullest.
I'm certain no one will take issue with that, y'all are a good bunch and I'm happy and proud to be a part of this community.
Sorry to hear about your papaw. Alzheimer’s is devastating. <3
I got neither parents nor grandparents around (and most of them weren't worth much while they were) so do what ya need to <3 We'll be here.
And just to clarify, should something need immediate moderation, DM me on discord. Same username. I'll still be a mod, I just won't be "patrolling" as much.
My sister took my nephews to a show, and got Fuego Del Sol and Gideon Vane's autographs for me. The show looked great, they were getting all the kids involved, letting them beat on the heels, and call them out when they were doing shit. At one point my nephew called a guy a chicken and he told my sister she better shut him up. Fuego Del Sol yelled for a kid to give him his shoe, and then started beating the dude with it. Sad I missed it, but so happy they had such a great experience.
Gotta love Fuego <3
Right? He is the fucking man. They gave those kids a show they will never forget. They had it outside in the middle of the street for free, super fucking awesome of them. Please support Hype and Glory wrestling if you guys get a chance, they really deserve it.
Someone made an atlas for this year's Canvas. You should be able to mouse over anything that's tagged and get info on what it is and who made it. I went ahead and tagged our belt, but it needs approved. I'm not sure how long that will take, but here's a link to check it out.
Very nice! Wont surprise me if it takes a bit with how much was there but they'll get to it.
Edit: Oh looks like they approved it, I can see it!
