I do I feel like it doesn't fit my face. I want to be more masculine presenting and I feel like this nose is feminine?

Sorry just slight body dysmorphia.

I never even think about shit like this. I have never looked at a person and thought "ah, Persian!" or something. I just think you look like the human animal. You would enjoy SomaliSpot perhaps try Twitter.

It's just my body dysmorphia kicking in. My nose has always bothered me

I hope I never catch or develop it I'm not trying to be mean (okay the SomaliSpot comment is kind of mean but they legit discuss this from a racial standpoint 24/7 as do many groups on mainstream social media, you can easily spend all your time talking and thinking about it, racist or not racist or race centrist you can choose). I am at a social disadvantage for turning a blind eye to such things. When people try to identify others without a picture they are much better at faces.

I don't even know what you're talking about. If it was mean I don't really care, I don't know you pal.

My nose just bothers me. And german and scandanavian people often have the type of nose I have.

It's body dysmorphia and it sucks.

Sure it sucks but it keeps you sharp. You're ready for the online race war. Listen to you listing off common features I don't even know about.

You don't have anything better to do than try and instigate things with me?

I'm too old to deal with kids who just want to irritate people. I'm just going to block you pal

I was being completely serious. SomaliSpot will go and brigade posts of Africans from the Horn who are body dysmorphia posting on Tiktok and being received by racists. They're not doing it out of kindness though they see them as race traitors pure and simple.

I just find it interesting. I don't think I'm superior for being bad at noticing what kinds of noses people had. I said I view it as an inferiority. I have other listless aspects about me socially. Such, I am not angry right now or trying to anger you. Take care. I don't have anything better to do than fidget with my phone right this second.

I would have guessed "ski slope nose" referred to doing a whole lot of cocaine

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago

I'm more of a heroin guy. If I'm being honest and if I'm going to relapse, I'll just stick a needle in my arm. Snorting is a waste.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

initially I read that as "noise" and thought damn, complaining about the noise of ski slopes in specific regions of the world might be the bourgiest thing imaginable

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago

No lol I just have some distant German ancestry and inherited the upturned kind of piggy nose from my great grandma. Its common to North germans and scandanavians (women especially).

It's not really my thing haha. I suppose we aren't all physically perfect though

I can't afford a fucking ski trip and will never be able to

i had a period as a teen where i was real down on my nose, thought it was the universal ugly shape, hideous

girl i was sweet on told me it was her ideal nose, loved it. not really replicable circumstances but it proved very clearly that nose shape taste is diverse and people definitely dig your nose no matter how you personally feel about it. people get rhinoplasty to replicate your ski slope nose!

I have a fat Italian aquiline nose, wanna trade?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago (2 children)

I have a big nose.

---

All the girls, they adore me
Oh yes, ladies, I'm really being sincere
'Cause in a 69, my humpty nose will tickle your rear
My nose is big, uh-uh, I'm not ashamed
Big like a pickle, I'm still getting paid
I get laid by the ladies, you know I'm in charge
Both how I'm living and my nose is large

I found a YouTube link in your comment. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:

My primary air intake would be more aptly termed a "schnoz" than a "nose". But I can't relate to people hating their noses. Everyone's nose is cute.

Like, looking at image search results for "rhinoplasty before and after", the "afters" all look dreadfully boring and ordinary in comparison. Obviously I'll forgive it in cases of constricted breathing, but, it seems like a horrible waste of a unique feature.

Like your bridge is concave? I'm a nose pervert so I think they all kinda fuck honestly, but I can understand how you might feel negative about it, although I disagree. As a rather outlandish suggestion, you might try getting a septum piercing to kind of both lean into it and provide a different nasal feature to focus on.

I am a relatively masculine guy and I have the exact same nose and I've never thought about it.

You're probably overthinking it.

It's probably just some body dysmoprhia I should talk to my therapist about.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago

At least you have some awareness. It's cool you actually have a therapist, I gotta work up the strength to try that bc I def should be doing that too

I have a german nose (I think, my german grandfather had the same type of nose) where my nose just juts straight out of my forehead with no curve in the nose bridge. I've learned to love it though, I'd say don't worry too much about your nose.
