That is not a statement of request nor demand, it is a threat by the U.S, as far as I'm concerned...
i'm wondering what China is doing behind the scenes to help their belt and road initiative partners. seems like the CIA has been very active with coups lately, at least 2 known coups every year? maybe at least 6 coup attempts? and how many acts of terrorism are they plotting? Belarus, Russia, Burkina Faso, Niger. There's got to be much much more.
