This item probably doesn't actually exist. A surprising amount of the weird items that are listed by sellers on Amazon and other marketplaces are custom items that the manufacturer could theoretically could print up and ship to someone if it actually gets ordered, but until that happens, it's just a photoshopped item listed on storefronts.
They're basically listing pre-customized custom tee shirts and other fabric items.

They are genderless after they become a slime (I think?). Although the adaptations use male pronouns.
Does the source material go into the ramifications of his change to a genderless blob? I only saw about 5 anime eps s01 and remember being disappointed they didn't focus on what made it unique from other isekai, ending up yet another shounen power fantasy.

Since you are a manga reader imma take a shot in the dark. There was one genderswap isekai i was reading m2f and the MC was an unabashed lover of their new body. While continuously telling themselves they aren't attracted to men they also keep making more and more male shaped sex-golems to maximize their pleasure and when not adventuring, screwing them is all MC does with their time.
Hes still cis tho (lol), MC tells himself this all the time.
I lost track of it because honestly it's not that great but i am interested in meta-watching the author whom i suspect is male progress through their fantasies.

I'm following that one myself. But I wasn't sure since I've completely forgotten anything about the protagonists sexuality and gender at this point. I don't think it has come up for quite some time, or I just completely gloss over it when it does.

I think it could've been much worse. At least this is kind of funny because it's such a bizarre closeup of the MC and not some dakimakura objectifying booba thing.
The show (manga too? IDK) ripped off Toriyama's Dragon Quest designs. Looks stupid getting the human version of the MC's face. Like who wouldn't prefer just a normal green slime like these ones below?
