It honestly makes me uncomfortable when people (usually men) dress up every female character in the most lewd and risqué outfit they can find.

I’d see the same shit in SWTOR all the time with guys with their self-insert characters parading around their waifu companions in slave girl outfits.

Probably mods. In the base game there's more reasonable clothing/armour than there is risque, but gamers gonna game ig

i know there is underwear in the game but it's not for combat just for sexy times. probably a mod to give it armor stats and make it wearable outside of those scenes

i know there's a cool harness that im pretty sure i already own IRL lol

the game just seems so much more queer coded in it's horniness vs the freeze-gamer kind

You can set the underwear to show up instead of armour in vanilla

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago

oooh did not know that.

[–] [email protected] 22 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

The defaults are not that horny. It's just modders being goony.

Nooooo this is discrimination against G#mers! Modding games into gooning fantasies is their culture! kitty-cri-screm

I wanted to like Skyrim's vast modding options, but it was hard to take it seriously when the front page of almost anything presented was like blow up sex dolls with anime characteristics.

yea

there's nothing wrong with sexy but G#mers dont know what that means and instead turn outfits into "G#mer Sexy" completely devoid of actual sexy which isnt even porn level, it's honestly even worse

Sex and sensuality is a cool and good part of life.

Perpetual gooner shit feels plastic, even toxic, and I argue it saturates whatever it's dumped into to the point of making the game/movie/show's plot and themes less enjoyable while at the same time making it less sexy overall.

Ever see that famous "pottery" scene in the 1990 movie Ghost? That was sensual and sexy. If the movie was gooning in every scene with bikinis and bondage wear (or even dubiously aged cartoon characters going "NYAAAAH SENPAI") it'd have been garbage.

Yeh. The first mod I usually download when I get the Skyrim itch is the one that removes boob windows because, like... it's fucking cold?

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Imagine the boob-window-shaped freezer burn those characters would get.

Ugh. Yeah. That dry, awful sunburn you get from being outside when it's -30, cloudless, and there's fresh white snow on the ground. : p

I only use perk/gameplay mods and bruma mod.

[–] [email protected] 19 points 3 weeks ago

Definitely modded, I'm playing it rn and it's definitely not that bad.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 3 weeks ago

I liked the cool dresses i bought on act three, those were sexy, but like a still actually clothing sexy. Never found something slave girl level, maybe underwear?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

I've heard a significant complaint is that all the pretty dresses aren't available until fairly late in thegame.

Yes, it is very disappointing
