may not be perfect, but considering what's at stake with the incumbent 
wanting to expand the Border Death Arenas, I think we can all agree that because the United States' only meaningful remaining export is authentic low-"AI" death arena battle broadcasts, the incremental change proposes of banning maiming and torture implements in the death arenas for the sake of humane kills on the bloodsands is something any reasonable person could agree with.
