the stock market would be a lot more fun and interesting if i could lava axe the other stock brokers
Anything can be a Lava Axe if you're brave enough (in Mercadia).
The rules for magic are bullshit and convoluted but I'll have you know they at least make more sense than the stock market. The amount of dumb technicalities in magic that end up being really annoying pales in comparison with that shit
Stock market doesn't have enough goblins.
I feel like stock traders could be seen as goblins
I don't like what it says about my mind that I expected this to be about Marjorie Taylor Greene
Her mind’s a made up fantasy game with a bunch of convoluted bullshit rules too, don’t worry
At least no one getting into magic thinks theyll actually make money
😳
I've stumbled across that sub a few times and their card evaluation skills are so hilariously bad it's almost like you should do the complete opposite of what they say.
They spec on mythic rares, pre-ordering them for like $20, only to have them be $1 nothing burgers. Which is the exact same thing everyone else who pre-orders does, except they don't talk about it online.
I feel like the maxim "You can make a small fortune here -- if you start with a large one" applies to a lot of them.

you can make money from mtg if you're the one selling shovels
if i could gamble on the stock market in the form of a card game, i'd be a lot more interested
Yeah but did you tap your lands card before buying that South American oil stock?
