Literally what Trump did with his first wife. Buried her in a hole on a golf course in hopes of getting a tax break.

The amazing thing about Trump is that he's literally the worst human being someone could imagine. I'm a life long New York City resident and we got to see his entire career up close because he loves having his face in the news.

And apparently, him being the worst person you can imagine is exactly what his supporters like about him. Because if they could get away with everything like him, they would be the same.

Sad but true.

It's kinda crazy, isn't it? He's not some fresh face with a secret past. We've known what kind of person he is since DAY 1 since he's been so openly proud about it.

That and he hopes it will shield the property from current and future fraud investigations against Trump Org. There was a real chance, at the time, that the business's property could be seized by the court and having a grave would give them leverage to stop it.

On a positive note, he could have sold her body for rat food.

If I shoot a nazi on my front yard, do I automatically become licensed as a funeral director?

(the nazi aint getting a funeral btw, its going in the trash)

[–] [email protected] 17 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

You can't put a body in the trash! That's compostable.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 3 weeks ago

Pro tip: if you get too many ~~magats~~ maggots, open the compost container, birds will enjoy the feast.

Only if you dispose of the nazi carcass, by actually hosting a memorial (pro tip, if you spike the punch with methanol you can get more left over nazi parts)

If you leave the body out, as sort of a "scare nazi/scare crow" kinda concept, I believe that you don't get the funeral director badge, but you do get to express your views and feed the local scavengers. May I suggest https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_punishment#History for further inspiration.

You become at least a hero, for sure.

I've never had them. But orange fascist has.

Actually you can but someone on private land if you fill out the paperwork (USA) and get the ground scanned and flagged so you don't break something, like water or electricity. It's not even that uncommon in the country.

I dunno about the tax thing, sounds sus.

I did some digging (hah), but it seems the laws vary from state to state and it can get kinda complicated. Generally you only qualify for the exemption if the property is used exclusively for the internment of dead bodies.

"Well you see, it's a cemetery on which I happen to live with the whole house as I am the caretaker.. checkmate, System"

Interesting. I think zoning must have a lot to do with it. I wonder how many cities have ordinances against burying people in city limits. Rural, sure; but it would surprise me if townships allowed on-premise burials.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Okay, I am not one to usually say call the cops, but definitely call the cops on this person because they already have the bodies buried.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

It's pretty far from a perfect murder if step 3 is 'tell the government where the body is in the hopes of recieving a tax break'.

No one ever accused SovCits of being smart.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Does the sovcit have a particular family member in mind? Is that family member dead yet? The sovcit’s post concerns me. Time may be a factor.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago

I did ask but no answer yet.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago

I mean if you have enough deceased family members, you could maybe make that arguement land... but I can't help feeling that Pyrrhic victory over the tax-man wouldn't exactly be worth it
