It's a mix of tea, warm milk with honey, chicken soup, and endless binge-watching-of-whatever-is-available or audiobooks for me, mostly. Once I'm feeling slightly better, I usually try gaming to figure out how dizzy I still am, and then take it from there.

If I can get out of bed long enough, I will make homemade tomato soup with a shit tonne of garlic. It’s basically a nuclear bomb of vitamin c and whatever that compound is in garlic that is good for your immune system or whatever.
If I’m too sick to cook, I will take a can of tomato soup and mix in some 2 minute noodles for a lazy tomato-noodle soup, just for comfort.
The rest of the time I love to sleep when I’m sick. It’s one of the only times in life you can just rest with no guilt, enjoy it. Watch a bit of tv in between. I honestly treat being sick like a staycation 😆
I will just eat a whole clove of garlic when sick
Drinking hot beverages of some variety, usually tea n honey. Then rotting in bed for remainder of the time lol
hot shower, sleepy/symptom suppressing tea, liquids, watch slop on the screen and doze.
If I am not too sick, then play computer games or chill on CyTube if I'm awake early enough. Of course when I do get sick, I barely have the energy to do much else than sleep.

Lay in bed, watch The Price is Right, and play a handheld gaming system. That hasn’t changed in well over 30 years. Well, I would watch if my bunny ears could bring in CBS back when I was a little girl.
Drink a lot of tea with lemon
Hydrate and rest are my main priorities when sick. Depending on the sickness, a hot shower does wonders too.
Rewatch some comfort movies or shows. I watch Princess Bride every time I get sick
Sleepy time tea, and a couple high test edibles.
Tea helps my throat/chest and the edibles tone the sick feeling down a few notches. I cannot take advil and acetaminophen does nothing to help with aches and pains when sick. A fat edible does, however.
Neti pot, hot bath, tea and soup.
Taking a shower always clears things up for me, then take in some Brood War casts for entertainment
Movies and shows. I basically need to be bedridden to sit still and watch something over 5 minutes long.
Hot soup or rice porridge with ginger and garlic are great
