I imagined this being the second cake of an intended three. "HAPPY" wasnt pictured and after the one we saw I doubt they even bothered with "DAY!".

It's pretty accurate. Birth is pretty bloody and messy.
I still remember our son appearing in a bloody mess of goo and fluids and it was the happiest moment I have experienced.
