I'm a little over a month on HRT and I feel so good. I used to feel so hopeless all the time, and now I just keep smiling. Even when I'm sad, I feel so much better. It's really a dreamlike feeling. Physical changes are happening really quickly, too. Just wanted to say that. It's like I'm so happy I needed to "vent", if that makes sense.

You and me both! I cannot believe how quickly HRT took me out of a slump and how fast my body started changing!

MY HAIR LINE IS COMING BACK AFTER ONE MONTH it's not supposed to work this good!

So happy to hear I'm not the only one! Enjoy the journey!

It takes a while for changes to really start setting in. I know its hard to be patient in the beginning, but you'll get there ❤ be sure to get your T and E levels tested and actively adjust your medications until your levels are right.

Thanks! I have labs at the end of August so hopefully my levels are good. I am only on 25mg of spiro and 2mg of E (to start). Super jealous of the people seeing results right away though.
