I have no idea what that means
The medallion is a reference to Christine Chandler, a target of well over a decade of focused stalking and harassment from a fascist community that calls itself K!w!farms. I replaced two letters with flipped over exclamation marks because they are known to browse tirelessly for invocations of their own site's name.
I'm also not a fan of the whole ironic invocation of schizophrenia meme.
