I started a new run to play the Phantom Liberty content and I'm under the impression that the original missions got easier, seems like there are less enemies in each mission.

Did anyone else have the same feeling?

Seems about the same as before, possibly simpler in places because enemies scale to your level now.

I wish they’d make them like 3x as beefy as they are now, I am about level 46 and I can just go and commit war crimes on a whole division of barghest soldiers, in a couple seconds tops.

The only difference in difficulty is that enemies' levels scale with your own. There's been no other mechanical changes to any of the base game's missions or gigs.

Early levels feel easier than I remember, playing on Normal. The Heist seemed to have the same number of dudes, but I feel like they go down easier. I can take out guys with just one Short Circuit. And it seems to be pretty generous with headshots.

Same, I started a new run and even though my skills and gear are crap, enemies go down easier. Although I'm doing netrunner stuff so I hide in weird corners so they never get close to me.

We'll see how it feels later on I guess.

Personally I started a new game on Very Hard with 2.0 and it was much harder than 1.x, at least in the beginning

i'd say it feels easier because everything sort of works better.. the input is tighter on the controls or something, and execution of attacks and skills seems more predictable.. for my first character after the update i intentionally chose the slowest weapon set to see how the action felt when each individual action means a lot.. blunt weapons and shotguns, with no hacking.. it just seems more predictable and easier to control..

Seemed about the same to me honestly - but I haven't purchased phantom liberty yet, I've only played 2.0

I took on the challenge of playing with blades only, which until I unlocked the Deflect Bullets perk made me the softest thing in Night City.

By about level 5, I'm unkillable again. I'm at the level cap again, and think I could singlehandedly take down all of the city. Heck, I'll probably 2-3 hit Adam Smasher I fear
