Really? People are living in the fucking streets and the thing you're thinking about is MANAGING THE SIDEWALKS? HE'S WORRIED ABOUT NOT ENOUGH FUNDS GOING INTO MANAGING THE SIDEWALKS AND NOT TAKING THESE PEOPLE OUT OF THE FUCKING STREETS :guts-rage:
Homeless murder squads are a more realistic solution for these "people" than just making sure housing is available because it hurts their real estate prices.

I think their idea of "taking these people out of the streets" is very different than our idea of "taking these people out of the streets"
