Personal hygiene can suffer when you are deep in a depressive episode. Mobility might also be compromised due to a disability or chronic pain and not directly weight related.

What do you consider a huge city? Doesn't Ottawa have over a million people living in it now? It's kind of spread out over a large area I guess..

Even if the boycott hasn't done much to their profits, I'm still never shopping at their stores again. I am fortunate to live in an area that has many choices for grocery stores, so I'm going to use that privilege. Also I used to shop at their stores every couple weeks when I needed groceries, and I would consider myself a former loyal customer.
