Yer right. If the email lady would have gotten elected Roe v Wade would have still been overturned

You're responding almost a month later again. Get a better app.

And yes. That is your stance. You said a bunch of things you don't like. None of which are objective truths, just opinions.

This is beyond dumb and I'm not responding anymore. Touch grass.

Yes it was. Gold star for you.

I must be his #1 fan because reasons.

It's almost like he had the self awareness to change his mind when presented with compelling, new information.

It's what mature adults do

If you think the only way any adult can change their mind is if they're forced to, it speaks more of you than them.

Not that I'm aware of. Still easy though. Download arch, download Emulation station, then play to your heart's content

There's also emulation station for Android now, as well! On top of retroarch, it makes for a great experience

Cigarette butts really anger me. It's a sign of entitlement that I hate. The person knows it's smelly and disgusting, so they get it as far away from their person or car without a second thought.

I can be judgemental about it because I smoked for over 20 years. I kept a ziplock bag on me (kind of like you would for dog poop when walking your dog) and would keep em in there until I could find a trash can. The ashtray in my car was also used instead of throwing them out the window.

Now that I've quit the habit, I notice it even more. It's awful. My father and mother in law throw their butts on our lawn literally every time they come over, even though they are fully aware that we don't smoke. When I put a coffee can on the front porch and let them know that's where they should throw them, they looked at ME like I was the rude one.

Judge em hard. Cigarette smokers have very little space for other people in their world.

I've been on it for about a month. All the people I followed on Instagram (that have downloaded threads) automatically were added to my follows. Lots of Sci Fi and movie discussion

Politics, too.

My experience has actually been pretty good. It's like Twitter but with a lot more leftists stuff

No it doesn't. Didn't for me. I lived in a twenty year old Ford explorer for almost a year pursuing mine. Didn't succeed or make it big, but I wouldn't have traded it for the world. Not every dream relies on college loans, dude. Not if you're an artist.

I'd go so far as to say man, many dreams people have don't require a degree.

And if they do? DO IT ANYWAY. I attended two years of college for film. Never got a career out of it. Still paying off my debt. Still don't regret ANY of it.

Still getting by on the strings of my butt hairs in my 40s. Still wouldn't take any of it back.

Never sucked the love for either dream out of it. Did I get depressed? Sure. Did I go through a lot of shit and a lot of disappointment? Definitely. I'm two years out from failing in my latest attempt at pursuing one of my many dreams. You couldn't pay me all the money in the world to take it back.

You're speaking to me.... about me. About my experiences and telling me how it made me feel. Sorry my dude, I can't agree with you.

Take those chances. The memories are worth it. The stories are worth it. The lessons you learn along the way are definitely worth it, homie

Counterpoint to all the young people: Never listen to ANYONE who tells you not to follow your passion.

It's better to try, fail and learn than it is to grow old and wonder what could have been
