Question, but how could Hitler to turn east towards the USSR if Poland is in the way? Unless they expected the Poles and Nazis to collaborate? or did they believe he wouldn't invade France and do the USSR next? Is there any evidence of this?

Anyone have any updates on Ukraine shooting down 2 Russian spy planes over Azov? I've seen claims that the Russian military acknowledged it, but I can't seem to find anything recent.
I find it funny how just a couple of years ago I was terrified of Ron DeSantis because he had the potential to be an actually competent fascist president, but then he blows up his own political career by going against

Currently near the end of Atomic Heart. So far I've been really enjoying the game. I haven't seen anything explicitly anti-Communist yet like I was expecting so that's good. There are so many Soviet 50s - 80s references that my parents would probably love this game if they actually played videogames.
I'll probably play Mass Effect next since I haven't done a playthrough of that trilogy in like a decade. I kind of hate the Human background lore of Mass Effect since it's basically neoliberalism 150 years into the future, but seeing how bland sci fi games are nowadays like Star Citizen or Starfield really made me miss Mass Effect.

Can someone explain what's going on with Ecuador? Ekimov a prize while evil Putler is waging a war in Ukraine, even though Ekimov has lived in the USA for like 20 years. Luckily the committee member gave a pretty solid response.
You would think that after 2 years, someone at the Institute for Strategic Cope would wizen up and realize that making comical claims about Russia's casualties will eventually stop being effective. If Ukraine really only took 31,000 casualties, they wouldn't need to mobilize 400,000 more people for the meat grinder. If Russia took the comical level of casualties that they say they did, then would would see every Russian male kidnapped on video to be sent for war. At this point I can't tell if they are all failsons who fall for their own propaganda or if they are trying to convince dumbass liberals to clap like seals for Biden.
