My partner just finished a certificate program for astrology. I was definitely a skeptic but I support her, especially in things she’s passionate about. I’ve come to understand it as basically an elaborate way of tracking patterns in living things from people to stars.

I’m fascinated how the astrological calendar lines up with other calendars. It’s clear Netanyahu is following the Jewish calendar for the war and it’s lined up with events in the astrological calendar. There are indications that something major will happen in the conflict - my guess is agression towards Lebanon - in the next ten days with the fast of the 17th of Tammuz on July 23. The Anaretic Full Moon in Capricorn is on July 21.

That being said, she probably would laugh at the jokes in this thread and loathes armchair internet “astrologers”.

I don’t think it would be as immediate as that, more like changing the cocktail - like a DJ going from “Stayin’ Alive” to Sinatra’s “My Way”.

You can tell yourself that you’re voting left but the Overton Window still shifts right. Look at immigration. Look at the courts. Roe. It’s taking a hard right with the “left” candidate already in office.

If it’s going to go right either way, then focus your efforts on something else.

The change that I make might not “do anything”, but I am not going to just punch in Team Blue and then sit back and blame things on other people not voting the way you think they should have voted. That’s not doing anything at all.

I have these ear buds that cancel out noise while playing music and I can add background noise back in gradually, so I can hear what’s going on and people next to me talking, but it is less intense and I can block it out again if I need to. I usually put on some kind of white noise because I also have Tinnitus.

They were a godsend when I brought them to my child’s school concert, which was in a school gymnasium.

I live in a state where cannabis is legal. There have been numerous “busts” of illegal grow operations that are allegedly connected to China.

I think it’s a good example of how, in a state where anyone can legally buy and use a specific drug, the enforcers are still very much involved with the policing of that same drug.

I think what you’ll see is not less enforcement - the DEA hasn’t packed up and left - but rather more specific, targeted enforcement against a particular group or organization.

Was with Geico for 20 years. 0 claims. My R8 was $1300/6 months with them. Back in February they quoted cybertruck at $3k/6 months. Finally went with progressive for $1441.

What I want to know is why you would ever sell your R8 for a cyber truck?

I hate that it bothers me, but I just can’t put myself in the mindset of these people.
