Please explain how. There is no evidence that DIY-HRT is responsible for any meaningful amount of harm, but an uncountable amount of reports on how it saved lives!
Having worked in healthcare in the past I’d almost always caution against using drugs made and distributed by unknown third parties if possible.
That’s such a sheltered and privileged thing to say! The international de-facto standard of treatment for gender-dysphoria is very clearly and very quickly becoming DIY HRT, at least as the starting point, and pharmaceutical grade medication is usually too expensive for that. Trusted home-brewers are usually preferable, especially since their meds are actually made for trans people, rather than cis-people and have much more appropriate concentrations. It’s also not as if DIY is difficult, it’s just that most physicians are morons who can barely diagnose a common cold and therefore think that comparing the values in a blood-test to a reference-range is difficult. (No, I’m not making that one up!)
If the issue is specifically with injections, I very much understand that part and would recommend gel, which is what I use.

Wenn es dir wichtig ist, kannst du ja nach wie vor alle Formen listen, das lässt dann keinen Zweifel daran was du tust, aber meine Erfahrung ist, dass die meisten Deutschen bereits heute die Grundform primär als Generikum und nur sekundär als Maskulinum sehen, sich also Frauen und Nichtbinäre zumindest bei Pluralbezeichnungen mitgemeint fühlen.
Das ist so eine der Situationen wo es ein reales Problem gibt (die deutsche Sprache hat Probleme mit geschlechtergerechtigkeit) und sich dann eine Gruppe die sich (tendenziell sogar zu Recht!) davon besonders betroffen gefühlt hat eine Lösung verlangt hat, ohne aber ordentlich zu analysieren, was die Konsequenzen dieser konkreten Lösung wären und ohne Alternativen insbesondere auch in Bezug auf Akzeptanz zu analysieren.
Das Ergebnis ist eine unfassbar sperrige „Lösung“ die Niemand mag und in erster Linie für „ass-covering“ und Virtue-signalling verwendet, wird, was dann natürlich wiederum viele abschreckt, die einer vernünftigen, minimal-invasiven, Lösung zugänglich wären. Das Ergebnis ist dann die aktuelle Polarisierung die jetzt von rechtsradikalen Spinnern wie der CSU natürlich noch weiter befördert wird um zu polarisieren.
Die saubere Lösung, die das eigentliche Problem anerkennt und es mit der kleinstmöglichen Änderung der Sprache vollumfänglich adäquat löst, wird dagegen nirgendwo erwähnt, weil man damit nicht polarisieren kann: Gendern 2.0. Kurzfassung: Bei neutraler Betrachtung ist das tatsächliche Problem ironischerweise nicht das Fehlen einer neutralen Form, sondern das Fehlen einer explizit männlichen Form die die weibliche Form spiegelt und damit die Grundform als echtes Generikum (als das sie in der Regel auch verstanden wird) frei gibt. Man kann da sogar noch über eine dritte Form für nichtbinäre Menschen diskuttieren, die man bei Bedarf direkt mit einführen könnte. (Persönlich bin ich aktuell kein all zu großer Fan davon, weil nichtbinär keine eigenes Geschlecht, sondern eine Sammelkategorie ist, die vom Generikum nach meiner aktuellen Einschätzung (die aber offen für eine Reevaluation im Angesicht neuer Argument ist) hinreichend abgedeckt ist.)
