Metaphysical means that it’s beyond the bounds of normal physics - stuff like ghosts, spirits, religious stuff, etc. Basically, you can cover a lot of hokey with it.

This makes so much sense to me - Iran joining in would give an invitation to USA, EU, etc. to join in with Israel, and take away focus from Israel’s war crimes and genocide to instead focus on the new bad guy.

I dare Priti Patel to go to one of these rallies. I bet someone would brick the back of her head purely based on her skin colour. Let’s see how much two tier policing she speaks of again.

Bump Amber Whataboutism

This is a desperate attempt to prevent a trump presidency - anything goes, even supporting a corporate democrat. Which sucks.

This some sense, but not that much sense - it doesn’t matter if your country has a hundred thousand people or a billion, there’s only so many events, and a maximum number of athletes per country per event that can be sent. Sure, a larger population increases the chances that a talent can be identified and trained, but peak human performance only has so much variance.

I’m not sure to what extent it’s actually manifesting differently or being masked better than institutional bias against the idea of women having ADHD - diagnoses are about 3x more rare for women…

For politicians, all publicity is good publicity.

Dieticians recommend drinking as much water as you think your body needs (if you feel thirsty, drink water) - people in environments with less sweating will need less water than those in environments with high sweating, not to mention dietary sources of water.

Even worse, it forms a reservoir of disease that the most vulnerable of the population, those who have not/cannot be vaccinated, will suffer tremendously from.
