Had taken a break from Silent Hill 2, so I got back into it today. Aside from that, not much else really.

It has a lot to do with the idea that there is socio-economic mobility in the US if they work hard enough. Add to that the fact that many people see themselves as middle class rather than lower class even though the vast majority of the US is closer, if not already, lower class.
This is pretty much what happened last year. Huge issue that would cripple our ability to do work whenever it would pop up. The email chain started and went for close to 6 months. The team that was tasked with tackling the issue on our end was laid off or quit early on and the team working on the issue for the other company wore their disdain for us on their faces whenever we had video conference calls to discuss the issue and what was being done.
Do you know what the second C in CCP stands for? Communist. Thats right Xi is part of the Communist Party. Bet all of your minds have been blown yet again
I love spending months describing a very clear and obvious issue and having two companies (the one I actually work for and the one that is contracting that company to do work for them) looking around confused for the entire time. Time and again
Biden could do something to try and make it up to all the people they've ignored the past 4 years before he leaves office and make a slight attempt to build support for the mid-terms.
Instead he's going to do a little escalation to remind everyone why they should hate Dems
I mean... if you take what some of the campaign ads talked about, sure. But its the same drivel as always. "Tax the rich, tax cuts for the middle class". If that's all it takes for libs to believe that Harris' platform is redistributive then that's on them. Anyone that is willing to look more deeply into it will see that every Dem president in the past 30-40 years has campaigned on such promises only to codify whatever tax cuts for the wealthy their Republican counterparts had enacted before they became president. And that's not even getting into the fact that even if they did increase taxes on the rich they'd still have to enact policy that actually puts those tax dollars to use for the social welfare of the people, something that we all know they also haven't really done or when they "try" its the sort of means tested bullshit that you alluded to.

Maybe they really believed it was the end of history
I like their little pie cookie things, but the lines ffs. What exactly is the hype?
@[email protected] just wanted to say thanks for suggesting FB Purity. Worked wonders, like whoa. Facebook is actually tolerable now lol.
