Hasan: The Democrats can't podcast their way out of this, they need populist progressive economic policies

CNN interviewer: I think Hasan is right that the Democrats need more podcasts instead of focusing on woke

I'm actually dying watching this holy shit

I love going a layer deeper over and over until I'm like "because a star exploded and deposited heavy elements into a massive disk, which slowly formed into planets.

Wayland and audio is fixed, but only on the canary branch

I've been using the canary branch exclusively for about a year because of audio issues on the main one, I would genuinely be ecstatic if they finally ported over the fix because for some reason the canary branch refuses to auto upgrade and I have to do it manually every time.

Just got a studio monitor to use as a computer speaker. Ever since I learned how great "entry level studio"-tier gear is from a price to performance standpoint I've been pretty much just counting down the years for all my old rgb gamer shit to die so I can finally replace it with something better.

I just used it to explain why I don't think the feds would bother showing up.

Maybe this is well known but I'm curious, how do the users know that something like that is legit? As far as I can tell it's just text on a website that can say anything regardless of what's happened behind the scenes.

On the one hand, everything I've read about how Cuba is organized internally makes me incredibly optimistic about the resiliency of their socialist politics. I think it's possible that Cuba might see some kind of sweeping reform movement at some point, but it will be more in the realm of China or Vietnam's reforms where the communists yield to some social democratic policies in order to try and curry favor with the US but retain political power rather than a full on color revolution.

(edit: in fact a certain number of reforms like that have already happened throughout Cuba's modern history)

On the other, people in 1988 thought that the USSR would last a hundred more years.

tbh I would love to do a meetup and since I don't think Hexbear has a tremendous amount of revolutionary potential it would be a waste of the fed's time to show up to it. Like let's be real we'd just end up playing board games or something not sabotaging pipelines.

Took me a couple sittings to get through it, but I found the 50+ year old man posting about the video game release like he was a war correspondent and an invasion was happening around him extremely funny.

What sucks is that we know from the IDF that this shit will be adopted as a means of approving targets (because it will approve every single suggested target).
