Other people do it. They also just work for donations.

On a side note, I recommend sideloading Blokada 5 to permanently block all ads in apps.

You can download it from their website: https://blokada.org/#download (pick blokada 5)

You have to sideload it because Google banned it from their store for being too effective.

“It can’t happen again. It can’t happen again,” the judge repeated.

Tarrio wasn’t in Washington, D.C, when Proud Boys members joined thousands of Trump supporters, who smashed windows, beat police officers and poured into the House and Senate chambers as lawmakers met to certify Biden’s victory.

Of-fucking-course

Probably people who haven't seen it before and it's not exactly overshadowed because of how sparse posting is on lemmy compared to reddit.

It's a quote from a video game.

Of course it doesn't support the claim, lol. That was the point :)

The fuck is a 'great' assassin, anyways? How do you measure that? Kill count? Kill quality? Not getting caught? That would immediately hurt anyone who is known. Lol.

Ahh my mistake. I misread that as the employees who have not been there for that long would be exempt from this protection.

You're part of the problem.

I'm curious.

Do you think he's not supporting Israel in their genocide of Palestinians, or do you believe Israel is not committing genocide?

I would've added,

"If money didn't influence elections, why are people spending so much on them?"

Generally, the WARN Act covers employers with 100 or more employees, not counting those who have worked fewer than six months in the last twelve-month work period.

She mentioned in the call that she started working in like August.

It's all about maximizing profit.

Nobody is asking you yet.

🥱

Are you a 🤡 or a 🧌?

I've been going through the Ratchet & Clank games starting from #1. Just finished Going Commando after awhile and was excited to move on to Deadlocked cause I loved the controls. I start up Up Your Arsenal cause it's in order, and I find "lock-strafe mode" in the settings.

Holy. Shit. I'm like a kid in the candy store! I thought Deadlocked was the only game that allowed free-aiming like that, but apparently it's in all the games after and including Arsenal!

This inspired me to try out PS3 emulation again, and lo and behold, it fucking works spectacularly. I'm using a gaming laptop with a 5600h and 3060, so I thought PS3 emulation was still out of reach. Not with Future: Tools of Destruction.

I'm now looking forward to playing the rest of the Future series, as I stopped with Tools of Destruction as a kid.

I used to think that there would be 1, main 'Fediverse' with all of the 'big instances' connected to each other. The recent Threads debacle has shown me otherwise.

The point of the Fediverse is that there is no one single entity, or group of entities, dominating it all.

Right now it feels like whatever the big instances do, we kind of have to go along with to be a part of anything. As the Fediverse grows, there will be more options to suit different types of users.

I think it's fine if big instances federate with Threads and it's fine if they don't. People can just join instances that align with what they want. It's not like defederating means being cut out of the Fediverse, that's not possible.

Great design. I'm eager to see how it plays out.

It seems like France stands out among terrorist attacks in the news. Is it because they are more likely to be critical of Muslim culture than other European nations? Is it because there is a security failure allowing terrorist to come in and organize better?

I'd like to play one that's based on the actual card game and with mostly older cards if possible. Eternal Duelist Soul fits the bill almost perfectly, but it's for the GBA and the presentation leaves a lot to be desired.

Are there any better games that fit this bill?
