I can’t imagine Russia successfully holding on to Crimea in the long term, especially once that bridge gets taken out. And I’m pretty sure it’s gonna get taken out.

The only reason I care about this metric is because I know Trump is probably losing his mind over it <3

it stops the marching in Ukraine or else it gets the hose again >:(

A handful of $1000 drones with some C4 strapped to them in exchange for a refinery/processing plant/etc probably worth $50-100M or more? Sounds like a great tradeoff.

Honestly though, can you imagine the absolutely apocalyptic meltdown the RNC establishment would have if fucking Texas can be flipped?

Wow, great point, Harris, who as VP has zero actual authority over national policy, should stop the bombing and funding of Israel. Also, I’m sure that, even if it were possible for her to do that herself right now, it’ll definitely have no negative repercussions on the outcome of the elections that AIPAC is throwing metric fuckloads of money at.

For real dude, pull your head out of your ass. I am 100% on board for taking people to task for their policies and actions when warranted. It’s not warranted here vis a vis Harris, because she has specifically not articulated her position on Gaza in detail because she doesn’t want AIPAC to give all of their money to Trump and thus lose the election. You are ignoring (admittedly infuriating and undemocratic) systematic constraints. Pretending that a system isn’t subject to the constraints that it operates under is a great way to ruin said system.

And before you say “maybe we should ruin the system”: no, that’s accelerationism, and it’s a stupid idea. It is possible, though difficult, to evolve the system. And that’s what good and rational people are trying to do. Maybe try to adopt some pragmatism and be part of the solution instead of just shitting on Harris before you actually have a reason to shit on her.l and her policies. Like, oh I don’t know, call your congresspersons and emphasize your emphatic support for stopping the genocide. Go to protests that you think will make a difference. There are plenty of ways to pragmatically move the needle in the right direction without trying to sap enthusiasm and misrepresent the policies of the presidential candidate that is, to be crystal clear, probably our last, best hope at this point for avoiding descent into fascism. Not to mention: if you want money (from AIPAC, as well as all PACs and megadonors), your best shot is Harris, not some 3rd party candidate who will absolutely, definitely not win.

Stop being a part of the problem.

You’re entitled to that opinion, I guess. But, to borrow what you said: I do not agree.

And I don’t think that many rational people agree either. Seriously, how is it possible to think this when Trump’s policy will likely entail carpet bombing Gaza and the West Bank with a few squadrons of B-52s? Will you admit that Trump is objectively worse in this regard before or after the land is “freed up” and he breaks ground on his new beachside Trump Tower Gaza?

This simply cannot be a serious question. The entire premise is blatantly disingenuous, and absolutely asinine to anyone who has coherent thought processes about American politics.

Edit: lol yeah, I deserve this, I teed it up rather magnificently.

👀Russian D-30 howitzer with anti-drone screen and dynamic tank protection. Dynamic protection, in essence, is blocks of plastic that explode towards the cumulative stream of anti-tank ammunition and deflect it to the side. Placing this protection on anything other than the powerful armor of a tank is fraught with even greater damage to the “protected” object. Published by Balu.

Personal commentary: reading the summary (I did not watch the interview live), I’m not really seeing anything that assuages my concerns about his mental acuity. More importantly, I’m not seeing anything that indicates he’s being anything even close to as pragmatic as Macron is being with the election they’re doing now in France, with regards to just trying to make sure the fascists do not fucking win. I must admit I’m feeling quite pessimistic about things.

Surprisingly based from ND, to be completely honest

Also available with a roasted crab, which is what they’re famous for, but this version is still delicious, because those noodles are straight crack
