Docker compose is way more powerful. You don't need a GUI just a text editor like nano or vim.

Peertube really has three big problems. The first problem is that federation is kind of broken so it is hard to find content. The second problem is that running a server is very expensive. The third and final problem is that Peertube is way to French focused. They need to target a bigger audience and have English as the primary language especially for the big instances.

That doesn't do error detection and correction nor does it have proper snapshots.

I have gotten a ton of people to help me. Sometimes it is easier to piss people off to gather info and usage tips.

You can use Waydroid to run Android apps. I would strongly recommend that anyone using Postmarket OS should also use F-droid apps as there is decent selection with lots of privacy tools.

Do you know if it is able to easily pull from neighbor devices? If you start watching on one device and then pull the same content on a different device does it load fast?

I would be happy to help people bypass censorship. I already run the snow flake browser extension. I think want we need is a movement to help each other.

Also I think we need work harder to make software like Tor very hard to detect. It should be trivial for people to bypass censorship.
