How are you sure it was for that comment in particular?

Whatever it was for it's only a temp ban

reason: breaking rule 1 & 2

expires: in 13 hours

So you should be unbanned in about 2 hours

Canada's fertility rate hasn't been above the replacement rate in over 50 years and that is with immigration. It's currently at 1.4 (child per woman/family)

Nearly four-fifths of the 1.8 million population increase from 2016 to 2021 was attributable to new arrivals to Canada either as permanent or temporary immigrants

If you want to lower immigration rates, you're gonna need to increase birth rates unless you want to become the next Japan where the population is expected to halve within our lifetimes.

The issue is the supply of affordable housing, plain and simple, and there is no solution that does not involve the government intervening in the housing market in some form.

That's a known issue I believe. Though you should be effectively subscribed but can't unsub.

I can see them here. Are you browsing the desktop site on mobile?

They can just phrase it a little differently and argue semantics in front of a bunch of 70 year olds who don't know what a browser is in a hearing or two. Maybe a couple campaign contributions through completely legal channels and that's that. Anti trust enforcement has been falling in the US for decades.

I don't think there's been much of anything for that tier unfortunately. From what I can see the only recent release is the RX 6400 which is better value than the older 1650 option which performs roughly the same.

Kinda makes me regret getting the similar Dell from earlier for $43 more but both monitors have little in-depth info about them as of now. Who knows they might be using the same panel anyways

That's why we need to strive toward working less hours in general. Full time hours take up most of your waking hours when you factor in prep time, commute etc

What you do with your free time can make a world of difference of course but the math just doesn't work out when you get home and have like 4 hours to do everything you need to do before you have to go to sleep.

Took a plunge on this one. Only one written review from PCWorld and a couple small video reviews but it seems promising. Visually it looks pretty plain which is nice because of how gaudy gaming monitors tend to be. It will definitely beat the current 1080p TN panel I have.

I get the same as the main post. Either way the point still stands. I had someone correct me with a misconception about something because he googled it and thats what it said in the answer box. It's getting increasingly difficult to rely on search results especially when google synthesizes them into questions and answers with little context
