Dude I empathize, I went down the incel path for a while. It's a dark and lonely path, and it only gets worse. I won't say that you caused it, because I don't think I caused mine, but only you can get yourself off the path. At this point it probably feels like the world is against you. I felt that too, but my friend it's time to make a choice. You can keep thinking that way, but like I said it only gets worse.

Or, it's self reflection time. And I won't lie this is NOT fun in the short term. I learned a lot of things about myself that I didn't want to accept. It's not fun learning negative things about yourself, but that's the only way we can grow and get better. It is an uphill fight, I fought it and I still slip, but it's worth it. I learned things about myself that I didn't want to accept. I was bitter, a level of sarcastic that turned people away, I had driven away friends because of my behavior, and yes women pick up on that stuff too. It's a vicious cycle, the further down you go the worse it becomes, so the further you go.

I was at the same precipice friend, I saw the demons. But after years of working on myself I'm much better. I'm stable, I'm married, I have a decent job. It's possible, but not without a lot of work, and you have to be the one driving it, no one else will.

I wish you all the luck in the world. I hope you choose to reverse course on this path and work your way out. Like I said it's not fun, it's not easy, sometimes it stings real deep, but it's worth it in the end.

We can align as Americans and condemn violence, but that means condemning all violence.

I echo all of this, but with an important caveat, that together we can change things for the better. Don't let our fear crumple us into not acting at all, but instead focusing on what needs to be done. We should all be resolute in making a better tomorrow, and that means showing up at every election, every option we have to voice our opinions. The only reason one side shows up everywhere is because they are the loudest. We have to prove that we are the silent majority, we must show up in November, and every federal, state, and local election.
