It is per the National Labor Relations Act. It's up to the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) to enforce it and they typically don't fuck around.

Geopolitically, no. But don't underestimate the amount of people that believe Israel must be defended at all costs so the end times may begin and they can go to the 'Great McDonald's PlayPlace in the sky'.

Here and there for nearly 30 years. They're my go-to for specific electronic components that I can trust not to be fakes. And when I was a poor college kid they were extremely generous with free product samples. Sometimes their shipping times suck, but that's really the only bad thing I have to say about them.

They are a gigantic company tho; This is probably an inventory screwup. Or some products are restricted where they can ship.

Oblast just means "territory" or similar. Which is why you see it appended onto a lot of the names of places the fighting is taking place in.
