Since Boost for Reddit still works I'm usually over there.

Conversely, in the heat of summer, I don't want to have to wait until 8:30pm for the sun to go down.

That bumblebees shouldn't be able to fly.

Your comment has made me realise I don't understand how floating works.

I thought pretty much everyone in Australia was paid fortnightly.

Wild Pigs of Europe would make a good band name.

Happy Fathers Day everyone.

Notepad is the default text editor on Windows. I'd be surprised if most people even knew WordPad existed.

I just use Word, but so many people swear by Scrivener that I think I'm going to check it out.

It's the annual Riverfire festival. Fireworks, etc.

At first I thought "fossil generation" meant the creation of fossils and I was confused.

I have a P7. There are 2 things I don't like about it: it's too heavy, and the jerky scrolling.

If they released an updated version of the P5 I would jump on that. The P5 was the perfect phone.

If I go to [email protected] while I am logged in to my lemm.ee account and tap the share icon, it creates a link to [email protected] when it should be @lemmy.world.

If I use pythorhead to log in to one lemmy instance, can I still post to a community on a different instance? I tried using discover_community to search for the community (with @community@instance) but that didn't work.

Is this possible, or can I only post to communities on the instance I am logged in on via the script?

In reddit apps, whenever you create a new post based on a URL, the post title gets suggested from the link title. Can we get this feature in Liftoff?

Currently I have to use lemmy in my browser to access mod tools. Will these be brought to Liftoff?

If I go directly to lemm.ee in the browser (Chrome), log in, and change the view to Subscribed, I often see posts from communities I am not subscribed to.

While I agree that Warner is no longer up to Test standard, does Australia have anyone to replace him with?

Harris has already failed in his several chances and would probably be a downgrade. Renshaw was very poor in India. I'm not convinced about Bancroft. Who else is there?
