they don’t understand that not voting is a political strategy to force democrats to actually do good things. When you think not voting is a moral failure you’re misunderstanding the fundamental philosophy of democracy (withholding your vote to ensure candidates do good things is literally the core of how democracy is supposed to work)
so how exactly do these people justify being liberals rather than revolutionary communists then. because it sounds like they’ve come to the conclusion that negative peace is a thing but are just pretending it doesn’t apply to them
