My friend is in Japan, keeps getting this ad, and it's driving them nuts (they also says the company is worse than BetterHelp, apparently).

Roppongi

Roppongi is known for skevvy night clubs that cater to foreigners. In a Youtube clip I watched with an old rock or metal musician (Lemmy maybe?) - he had a "Roppongi / 六本木" street sign souvenir in his apartment.

Roppongi is both home to sketchy bars and ridiculously expensive offices and shops. If you asked me to picture a clinic in Roppongi, it'd either be a sketchy clinic that dispenses boner pills and VD medication, or an extremely high end clinic that dispenses boner pills, VD medication, and plastic surgery.

And there's another bifurcation. Some establishments are typical for Tokyo and are simply located there and they aren't known foreigner hotspots.
