That ambani wedding between the billionaires in India is approximately 320M$.

I don't think any oligarch from any country has ever managed to pull off a party of that expense.

India really is just what you would get if there was no CPC for China

They rented out an entire cruise ship for a week for the pre-wedding party so any carbon emissions savings are probably out the door.
